شيلشلي هي قهوتنا القادمة من إثيوبيا، وتحديداً من منطقة يرغاتشيف الشهيرة عالمياً، نمت على ارتفاع يتراوح بين 2000 و2200 متر فوق سطح البحر. اخترنا هذا المحصول لإيحاءاته الغنية من التوت الأسود والأحمر والفراولة، مع حلاوة طبيعية واضحة وقوام ممتلئ يمنحك تجربة عميقة ومركزة في كل رشفة. حمصناه بطريقة التجفيف للحفاظ على نكهاته الفاكهية المميزة.

Shilshilie is our lot from Ethiopia, specifically the world-renowned Yirgacheffe region, grown at 2,000-2,200 meters above sea level. We chose this lot for its rich notes of black and red berries and strawberry, with pronounced natural sweetness and a full body that delivers a deep, concentrated cup in every sip. Naturally processed to preserve its distinctive fruity character.
